Non-Banking Status
Atomic FX Limited is not a bank. We provide financial services, including payment accounts and IBANs, through our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partner, Breinrock, a company licensed and authorized in the EU, UK, Canada, UAE, and Switzerland as a financial intermediary and for Money Business Services.
We do not offer traditional banking services, and as a result, customers’ rights and obligations may differ from those provided by regulated financial institutions. By using our services, you acknowledge that Atomic FX Limited is not a bank and that we are utilizing Breinrock’s BaaS platform to provide the necessary financial services.
Payment Services and IBANs
Payment processing services, including IBAN issuance, are provided through our BaaS partner, Breinrock, which collaborates with licensed banks authorized to issue IBANs and handle payment transactions.
Transaction Processing and Delays
Transaction processing times may vary and are dependent on various factors including the banking networks, regulatory checks, and the availability of payment providers. As a result, delays may occur in certain circumstances.
Atomic FX Limited and our BaaS partner, Breinrock, are not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, including but not limited to banks, payment processors, and SWIFT/SEPA networks.
